EXPERIENCED
Our coaches are badminton players who have gone through extensive hours of training and mentoring.

Intensive movement in the court will help the child to keep his body in great shape, as badminton is among the three most energy-intensive game sports. Every day your child will compete with his peers, learn to win and learn to lose. While playing badminton, there is a constant training of the eyes, you need to continuously monitor the shuttlecock, which moves at different speeds. Badminton will develop children's abilities to concentrate for longer periods and make them more attentive. Badminton is a non-contact sport hence the risk of serious injury when playing badminton is minimal.

Not at all, your child does not need to have played before, Our training programs are structured to cater for all ages and abilities. We are are focused on providing a fun, safe and enjoyable environment for anyone that wants to pick up a racket and play.

It's optimal to start badminton training as young as 5 or 6 years.

Your child can expect a fun filled, focused and enjoyable training experience when they attend our training sessions. Whether it is a group class or private session you can be well assured that the coach will differentiate activity for their ability and ensure they are having fun while learning.

It varies child to child depending on the training, skill and practice. In general, a child take 6 months - 1 year to pick up the basics of badminton. If they regularly attend training classes and practice for atleast an hour at least 3-4 days a week, they will pick up the basics in less than 6 months.

We recommend kids to bring their own racket if they have one for training. We will have loaner rackets available at front desk as per availability or you can buy new rackets from our Front desk.

Yes, Regular shoes tend to leave marks on the court surfaces while playing as a lot of movement and pressure is involved. This will end up creating scratches or shoe marks which damages the court. Any non-marking shoes having non-black soles are recommended, we do sell non-marking shoes at our front desk.
